the bed was big and comfortable. the breakfast and pool were very nice (i especially enjoyed the rooftop bar). the staff was friendly and helpful throughout the hotel.
the hot tub was closed , a minor disappointment.

The staff were helpful and professional. The rooms and beds were comfortable. The buffet breakfast was plentiful!!!

i found some issues the ventilation wasn't great in the room so there were some unpleasant toilet smells at times also the bed mattresses weren't very good causing back pain i didn't sleep very well because of it the small size of the room added to the discomfort as it felt quite crowded for the duration of my stay and the lack of privacy in the bathroom was not ideal for sharing with a partner

the staff members were helpful. i had a premium double or twin room, and it was quite spacious. the breakfast was great (especially the fresh pastries!).
The rooftop pool area was crowded. getting a sunbed was difficult because of the limited space. also, the minibar was not restocked automatically. I needed to request it.
